poor insulation noisy public bath
the sound insulation was a joke i heard everything. people chatted in the hallway people checked out at 5 a.m. daily it was like they were in my room. and the public bath forget about relaxing three people crammed in reminded me of a sardine can and the echo amplified every little noise.

convenient location dining option quiet neighborhood perfect onsen
the hotel's location is very convenient. it is close to the subway and several dining options. i found the neighborhood quiet. the onsen was perfect after a day exploring.
the room wallpaper had visible stains near the bed.

convenient location clean room helpful staff daily cleaning
i stayed at the hotel for four nights. the hotel is near the kuramae station, therefore easy to get around. the room was clean and cleaned daily. the staff were helpful.
the room was very small. there was limited space to put my things!

the front desk staff was polite. a female staff member explained the public bath usage guidelines, it was helpful. the staff cleaned the room and took out the trash daily.

helpful staff laundry area dusty bed awkward access
The location was very convenient, near the subway and some shops. the staff was very helpful, even with my luggage after checkout, they stored it safely. the room was also well-equipped with everything i needed, and i found the laundry area to be a great addition. Though the space was a bit tight.
The air-con didn't work properly, and there was dust on the bed and windows. plus the refreshments only had coffee. I prefer a bit more variety, though the public bath was okay, accessing it through the front desk felt a bit awkward.
